Early in the history of the Four Nations' settlement of Arborell an outpost was established upon the shores of Cape Hadaras. Known as Kalthalas this outpost grew into the first of the Kalborean City States, and it was from this beginning that the dominion of the Four Nations spread into the west. Bound by the sea to the east and the Malleron forests to the west it has long been a region of Kalborea untouched by troubles. Known for its trade goods and busy ports it serves as a vital connection to the settlements of the north, and is the home of the Kalborean Fleet at Aderene.
