With your torch spluttering in the damp air you emerge from the passage into a huge natural cavern, carved into the rock by the relentless action of water and time. On two sides you can barely see other exits, but the ground between them presents you with unforeseen difficulty. Options: Turn to the Modifier list and consider carefully if you wish to move forward. If this is your choice then you must cross this cavern according to the circumstances and rules presented to you. If you decide instead to turn back and find another way, retrace the path you have taken until you find another exit, and an easier way forward.
